01. A warm welcome
02. Prescription validity
Your prescription for physical therapy is generally valid for 28 days after it's issued. The first appointment should take place within this period, and treatment breaks should ideally not last longer than 14 days. We're happy to assist you with scheduling appointments.
03. Cancellation of appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please cancel it at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to reassign the slot and avoid long waiting times for other patients. Appointments canceled at short notice may be charged according to our practice terms and conditions – thank you for your understanding.
